We have the capacity to process many things. When we engage with what life is presenting, we make choices for the directions we take. Companions like wisdom and knowledge offer us protective instruction. An additional helpful observation comes by way of insight. We must seek insight. It too is a human thought process. We think, though with the constructive companions we have with us on our journey. We then file away, in our many capacities for that insight.
Prov 1:1-3 These are the proverbs of Solomon son of David,

and for receiving instruction in wise living
