I start with my design, choose my color palette, dive into the word and prayer I am staying in a while and wade into the spirit. I invite the calm of God's presence into the space by way of an abstract relief artwork. Still waters reminiscent of a serene pool, dotted with vibrant moss and floating green water foliage. He leads me beside still waters.
I like to offer a unique and tactile experience in my work. I layer geometric shapes in textures like felt and vinyl while accenting with hardware. Harmonious color patterns that reflect the beauty of nature are important to me in my pieces.
Inspired by Psalm 23:2: "He leads me beside still waters."
