In this contemporary mixed-media composition, I wanted a timeless yet modern aesthetic, seamlessly blending into a structured design with organic inspiration. Created on the backing board of a repurposed thrifted frame, I utilized humble materials like ceramic tile, plastic, metal, and mesh into a textured, multi-dimensional surface that evokes the serene ambiance of a misty summer morning. I chose a cool color palette to demonstrate dominated by soft blues, mint, silvers, and pale gray, each accentuated.
